| During the summer of 1999, the Aluminium Pavilion was built in the "Parc des Expositions" of Villepinte. This video documentary relates, step by step, the reconstruction of this seminal building designed by Jean ProuvŽ in 1954 in order to celebrate the centenary of aluminium manufacturing. The various stages during the rapid and spectacular construction in the enormous space of the car park at the "Parc des Expositions" give us a better understanding of Jean ProuvŽ's genious as a builder. | |
